Excellent papers selected by the conference can be expanded and submitted by the authors to the journals included in Web of Science, EI Compendex, and Scopus for peer review.
1. Please carefully view the conference website and record the important information, such as conference date, venue, registration deadline, submission deadline, etc.

2. Conference Participation. Please speakers prepare and submit your presentation title and abstract to conference committee. Please potential attendees register to attend in advance.
3. Prepare the Paper. Articles must be submitted by the submission deadline, i.e. by March 10, 2025. Please adjust the format of the article according to the Manuscript-template provided in the Download section.
4. Submission. Please submit your paper via Conference Email or Submission System at the conference website by the submission deadline.
5. Manuscript Acceptance and Publication. Excellent papers selected by the conference can be expanded and submitted by the authors to the journals included in Web of Science, EI Compendex, and Scopus. All supporting journals are subjecting submissions to the double-blind peer-review process. The decision on publication will depend on the peer-review process. Accordingly, a guarantee for publication will not be issued before making the submission and completion of the review process. But the article recommended by the conference greatly increases the chance of acceptance.
